6959 West Fellin DR Mount Olive, IL 62069

Want to get away from people? Conveniently located 7 minutes from Exit 44 off I-55 — midway between Springfield, IL and St. Louis, MO — this 7 acre recreational paradise gives you the space and privacy that's getting harder to find. Driveway access allows you to drive straight back onto the property. Excellent established trails wind throughout, perfect for four wheeling, dirt bikes, horses, hiking, and hunting, with food plots scattered across the acreage. Hunt deer and turkey right from your own land. There is plenty of potential to build your dream home tucked into the woods. Property borders a quarter mile stretch of the New Mount Olive Reservoir. The dam of the reservoir had a structural failure in 2024. When there is rain, the reservoir fills. Under drier conditions, it's a wetland/creek corridor that nearly always has flowing water. Rare opportunity to own a true outdoor retreat within easy reach of two major metros.
